Once you set the bid manager in the KW/PL bid manager you will need to set the bar below called 'minimum 1st page bid' to indicate how important it is for your ad to be on the first page of the search results.
If adCore's calculated optimized bid falls within X% of the Min 1st page bid, adCore will raise the bid to match the 1st page bid.
AdWords notes that the Min 1st page bid for a keyword is $0.40.
adCore's algorithm determines that the keyword's Max CPC to be $0.31.
setting the min/1st page bar to 30% (like in the example below) will indicate that you are willing to increase the bid as much as 30% higher (after the algorithm adjusted the bid) to be on the first page of the search results.
