Why did I get an API Error?

When creating a Dynamic Search Campaign that is based on a feed, you may run into an API Error:

Once you are done building your campaign in the section for creating dynamic fields, you want to 'run' you campaign (i.e. prepare to load it to the search engine).

After running a dynamic campaign you will want to check the results of your work. To do this go to the 'creation results' to check your keywords, ad-groups and ads you created.

In a case where you receive an API error, there could be a multitude of reasons. To find out why you received an API error, click the on the error status link and follow the instructions.

Most API errors have to do with credentials which are not up-to-date. i.e. username or password changed, thus creating a disconnect between adCore and the search engine.

To check if this is the case go to the link section and click on the pencil icon to the right of the account name. Then click to reauthorize your credentials.

I am able to send a feed to a file but can not send to live. I have retried many times.

    Error Description:

    API error occurred.

Re-run the job, if the error reoccurs please notify the adCore™ technical team.
