How do I add users to my adCore™ account? (Agency)

Add a new User

Agency Level: Users on the agency level will have access to all the clients of the agency

1.    Go the Clients tab

2.    Click on the Agency Level

3.    Click on +Invite other users

4.    Enter Name and Email

5.    Select the access level
- Standard level means access to all the features of adCore
- Reporting means access ONLY to reporting in adCore

6.    Send invitation




Approval: Once the invitation is sent, the user receives an email to get access to adCore. They need to approve the invitation by following the link in the email.

Once they have followed the steps, you need to go back to adCore and Approve, resend, or revoke the invitation to finalize the process.
