Adcore Marketing Cloud sets itself apart by offering a unique pricing model. Unlike other marketing and feed management tools that charge based on ad spend, Adcore Marketing Cloud aims to have its clients only pay for what they actually use. To achieve this, they have implemented automation tasks, where the more tasks you utilize, the more you will be charged.
What are tasks?
A marketing automation task is counted every time the Adcore Marketing Cloud takes an action for you. Adcore Marketing Cloud tasks include the following:
Here are some examples to help you understand how tasks are calculated:
Feeditor:
- Feed version call.
For example, a feed version created for Google Shopping and scheduled to run every 6 hours, will use 4 tasks a day, resulting in a total of 120 tasks per month.
Semdoc:
- Monitor activation of: alerts, audit, account performance, account records and website or feed uptime.
For example, monitoring activation for website alert and account performance will use 2 tasks a day, resulting in a total of 60 tasks per month.
Alerter:
- Assets scan.
For example, activating scans for 3 digital assets will use 3 tasks a day, resulting in a total of 90 tasks per month.
Effortless Marketing:
- Feed call.
For example, a feed link which that is used for Facebook and scheduled to run once every 24 hours, will use 1 task a day, resulting in a total of 30 tasks per month.
Can I add more tasks to my plan?
If you're running out of tasks, you can always add more tasks to your current plan.
Tasks add-ons pricing:
Tasks can be added in intervals of 1k.
How can I monitor my tasks usage?
The number of tasks you need depends on the number of feeds and campaigns you run through Adcore Marketing Cloud, as well as how often you run them.
For example:
If you have 2 feeds that should be updated once a day in 2 different channels, you will need 120 tasks per month (2 feeds X 2 channels X 1 time a day X 30 days = 120).
You can easily keep track of your task usage by checking the task usage bar on your plan page -
Is task usage the same for all feed sizes?
There is a difference in usage between feed sizes:
For M sized feeds - each action equals 1 task
For L sized feeds - each action equals 3 tasks
For XL sized feeds - each action equals 6 tasks
For XXL sized feeds - each action equals 12 tasks
